Experience a Feast for the Senses You won’t want to miss a beat when you see what Saline brings to the stage – musical talents from a variety of genres and dramatic performances for all ages. Our downtown Summer Music Series, the Acoustic Routes concert series at Mangiamo Italian Grill, as well as performances at several of our other local restaurants feature everything from jazz, blues and rock to bluegrass, country, Celtic and pop. Throughout the year, talented community and student groups such as the Saline Fiddlers perform numerous concerts, plays and musicals, many at Saline High School’s state-of-the-art Ellen A. Ewing Performing Arts Center. To enjoy some more reflective moments, visit our public art sculptures sprinkled throughout the downtown area. One of these – the “Seats of Our Heritage” – pays homage to Saline’s agricultural roots. The Two Twelve Arts Center, a mainstay of cultural life in Saline, offers a variety of art classes, programs and exhibits. The Saline District Library also regularly features local art exhibits, as well as a lovely sculpture garden along the Library Brecon Trail.
